The practice is open for new patients. We are currently receiving more registrations than we can process. Therefore, take into account a processing time of two months. We will send you a confirmation via email once you have registered. You can only make an appointment during consultation hours if you are a registered patient.

You can register as a patient:

If you live at a maximum of 7 minutes biking distance from the practice
If you don’t already have a GP in Leiden. Due to the large number of registrations, people without a GP in Leiden take precedence.
